Happy New Year Everyone!

Hope you all had a great holiday season and are ready to get back into the swing of things. Dust off those dance shoes and get the year off to a great start by having lots of fun learning to dance Ballroom, Latin, Salsa, Swing and Argentine Tango with your friends whilst making new ones.

LatinQuarter's Dance Classes will be recommencing and New Classes starting from this Wednesday 5th January 2011.

Izabela Hannah,the owner of IZABELA DANCE is a professional dancer from 'Strictly Come Dancing' Series 3 and choreographer for the new BBC dance show 'So you think you can Dance'
Izabela has been dancing for over 20 years and competed internationally in Europe and USA winning many titles.

Classes: Ballroom & Latin-American Dance Classes for Adults in London and Surrey. From beginners to advance Level.
Private Dance Lessons in Ballroom & Latin-American Style.
Wedding First Dance Private Dance Lessons.
IDTA Medal Test from Bronze to Gold.

*Dances include: Tango, Waltz, Fox Trot, V.Waltz, Quick Step, Cha Cha, Rumba, Samba, Salsa, Jive, Swing, Hustle, Meringue, Argentinean Tango, Passo Doble and more.

MIT Open Ballroom Dance Competition, April 2009

We are proud to announce the 2009 MIT Open Ballroom Dance Competition, to take place April 25–26, 2009, and featuring a thrilling show by world-class professional Standard dancers Jonathan Wilkins and Hazel Newberry.

The MIT Open is one of the largest collegiate ballroom dance competitions in the country, last year attracting over 1000 competitors from over 60 schools and studios.

As in previous years, we will offer all 19 dances from Beginner to Championship levels primarily in single- or two-dance events.

The competition is on the MIT campus in Rockwell Gym, 106 Vassar St, Cambridge, MA 02139.

Saturday evening there will be a show with world-class professional Standard dancers Jonathan Wilkins and Hazel Newberry. We are excited to be able to present this show, and we expect you will enjoy it thoroughly.

Ballroom dance champions Jonathan Wilkins and Hazel Newberry formed an exciting new partnership in October 2007. They placed second overall in their first competition together, the Blackpool Closed, just two months later. As they continue to represent England, this winning dance duo has repeatedly placed among the top three couples in professional competitions around the world.
