Learn the graceful art of Hawaiian Hula this summer with the Tina-Louise School of Egyptian Belly Dance and Hawaiian Hula.

The dance consists of toning leg work and calming arm movements.

Beginners courses run periodically, and the next one runs from the 2nd August 2011 on Weds evenings in High Wycombe, Bucks.

The school was established in 2001 and provides genuine professional instruction to females of all ages, shapes and sizes.

Genuine Hawaiian Hula Classes for beginners.
4 week course, Tuesdays 8-9pm, beginning 16th Nov 2010, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, UK. Please contact to book your place.

The native dance of Hawaii features movements of the body and feet, whilst the arms and hands tell the story of the 'mele' or song. (NB: This is NOT Hula Hoop).

The body movements provide an intense workout for the legs and lower body; the graceful and calming arm movements require complete concentration making this dance a great stress buster.

In the beginners course you will drill basic movements and learn two easy meles.

Some Belly Dance experience really helps, but those with no experience are also welcome.
