Dance auditions - Street Dance / Cheerleading

Dancers wanted (no professional experience necessary) to be part of a new Street Cheer troupe in conjunction with Aldershot Town FC. Regular performances at home games. Age 16+.

First round of auditions is SUNDAY 4TH DECEMBER, 10.30-11.30am at Connaught Leisure Centre, Aldershot.

Second round is MONDAY 12TH DECEMBER, 7.30-9.00pm at Aldershot Town FC.

Sho Botham has made available her Foot exercise chart and Back exercises chart FREE to download from www.decodanz.co.uk. You will also find details there if you want to purchase the spikey and therapy balls that are recommended for the exercises. Flex bands too.

The exercises in these charts have had excellent feedback from social dancers, dancers and dance teachers as well as individuals who do not dance. They are also used in classes by teachers of exercise for older people.
