Urban Groovz is a fun and fun and funky street dance class for adults and a fantastic way to keep fit. Come along and learn the up-to-date moves you see in music videos to a contemporary, urban soundtrack. Have a great time and enjoy yourself while you work out!!

Learn from a professional dancer – if you’ve never danced before, don’t worry! Our classes are filled with people looking to have fun and to learn new moves from our friendly, encouraging teachers.
