Biodanza couple From 3rd November 2011 -15 Dec 2011, a regular weekly Biodanza Movement Class is being run at the Mansion in Totnes between 7 and 9pm, taught by Julia Hope Brightwell who trained for the 3 years at The Dorset School of Biodanza, and IBF registered school.

Biodanza is an international system of dance/movement/connection exercises that help integrate the system. Research has shown that regular attendance at Biodanza increases well-being and joie de vivre, as well as improving health. The music from Bach to Beatles, has been carefully selected to create the exact emotional ambience to connect with each exercise.

The exercises are demonstrated and include solo, pair, small group and whole group - just as in life, reflecting different ways of connecting.
